Organic Floc de Gascogne

Floc de Gascogne is the traditional aperitif of the Southwest, born in the 16th century in the Gascon countryside. Its name, which means "bouquet of flowers" in Occitan, encapsulates its character: fresh, floral, and indulgent. Protected by an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1990, Floc de Gascogne is the result of precise craftsmanship — the blending of fresh grape juice and young Armagnac, in proportions strictly regulated by the appellation.

At Maison ARTEZ, we produce our Floc de Gascogne using organic farming, respecting this Gascon tradition passed down since 1995 and continued today by the second generation of the family. An artisanal aperitif, handmade, from grape to bottle.

An organic Floc de Gascogne: from grape to bottle.

Our organic commitment does not stop at the grapes: our entire range of spirits adheres to this requirement, in line with our philosophy of handmade and single-varietal. No chemical treatments on our Gascon plots, fresh grape juice blended with our own Armagnac, for a Floc that fully expresses its terroir without artifice.
